About Healthy Start

Healthy Start is an initiative of LAUSD's Student Health and Human Services Wellness Programs. Healthy Start connects students and families to available resources within their community to address basic needs and promote the well-being of the whole child. Healthy Start works to support students and families at school, at home, and within their community to promote physical, social-emotional, and educational flourishing. Healthy Start es una iniciativa de los programas de bienestar de servicios humanos y salud estudiantil del LAUSD. Healthy Start conecta a los estudiantes y las familias con los recursos disponibles dentro de su comunidad para abordar las necesidades básicas y promover el bienestar de todo el niño. Healthy Start trabaja para apoyar a los estudiantes y las familias en la escuela, en el hogar y dentro de su comunidad para promover el florecimiento físico, socioemocional y educativo.
